Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stella & Dot pieces, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry or accessories in their original Stella & Dot boxes and secure them in a padded mailer or shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
